Submitting a Work Order

When you’ve inspected, repaired, or skipped all structures in a work order, use the Submit button to indicate that you’ve finished the assignment and change the work order status to Complete.

  • To submit a work order, open the inspection or maintenance work order you’d like to complete.
    • Tap the expander button then tap Structures.
    • Tap the Submit button at the bottom of the interactive structure list.

If all structures in the work order have been submitted for inspection or maintenance or skipped, inSITE will display “Work order is complete.” The work order will move to Complete status, and you can proceed with your next assignment.

If one or more structures in the work order have not been submitted for inspection or maintenance or skipped, inSITE will display “Work order is not complete” and provide counts for the number of structures assigned and in progress that have not been submitted. Tap OK. inSITE automatically filters the interactive structure list to show only structures with Assigned or In Progress status. Inspect, repair, or skip each remaining structure then tap Submit again to complete the work order.
