Exporting Quality Control Data

VOICE allows users to export labeled images of individual calls or download user statistics, QC calls, and tile status data for use in external applications.

 

Exporting Call Images

Click on the selection tool in the Review widget then click inside a QC call on the map to select it and open the Call Detail window. Click the Export Image button. The labeled image will display in a new browser tab or window. Right-click on the image and choose Save Image As to download the labeled image.

If the Export Image button does not open a new browser tab or window, check whether your browser is blocking pop-ups from inSITE. For more information on allowing pop-ups from inSITE, see Enabling Pop-Ups for inSITE Applications.

 

Downloading QC Calls and Tile Status

Click the More menu then click Download. Choose an option from the File formats drop-down menu. File Geodatabase (.gdb) will generate an ESRI file geodatabase with QC call and tile status feature classes. Shapefile (.shp) will generate individual ESRI shapefiles for QC calls and tile status and a dBASE (.dbf) table to provide reference links between QC calls and tiles.

 

Downloading User Statistics (Admin Only)

If you need to download VOICE user statistics for your orthophoto quality control projects, your inSITE administrator must assign you an admin role. For more information on quality control roles, please see Cloud-Based Quality Control Overview. If you need assistance with a role assignment, please contact your organization’s inSITE administrator.

Click the More menu then click Download. Click the Download User Stats Report button to generate an Excel file with user account details and statistics on each user’s number of logins, QC calls created, and tiles reviewed.
