inSITE Facilities allows asset managers to plan annual and multi-year inspections to enable proactive risk mitigation and ensure regulatory compliance. Asset managers can enter budget rates and units and move assets to different points in the cycle based on management needs or budgetary goals.
- Open the Inspection Rotation widget. The interactive inspection rotation table groups assets by plan type and then by cycle.
- Select a Program from the Select Inspection Program dropdown
- Click the expander buttons to show or hide the contents of any plan or cycle.
Inspection rotation plans and cycles are configured by your inSITE administrator and not user-editable. If you need to change or add an inspection plan or cycle, please contact your inSITE administrator.
Within a cycle, you can edit the details of any asset or move it to another cycle.
- Click on an asset to highlight it then click Edit.
- Use the drop-down menus and text boxes to change the details
- Click Update to save your changes.
- Changing the Rotation Cycle will move the asset to the appropriate cycle in the interactive inspection rotation table.
