inSITE Mobile apps allow users to work in offline mode with no wi-fi or mobile data connectivity. After completing an inspection or assignment in offline mode, use the sync feature to upload your work to the inSITE database.
Ensure your mobile device is connected to a wi-fi or mobile data network. In the work order list, tap a work order to select it. Tap Sync to upload your work. You must maintain wi-fi or mobile connectivity until the upload finishes.
