What is a Basemap?
Basemaps are reference maps that appear behind your data layers. You can use basemaps to view satellite imagery, street names, topography, and many other types of information.
Selecting a Basemap
Tap the basemap button to view available basemaps. Tap the thumbnail image for any basemap to select it and display it in the map window.
You must work in online mode with your mobile device connected to a wi-fi or mobile data network to view basemaps. In offline mode, your apps will display only the default basemap downloaded with your work order or assignment.
