With inSITE VM, utilities can see real-time snapshots of outstanding vegetation risk, forecast resource needs, create work orders, dispatch assignments to mobile field workers, and track work progress throughout an entire transmission, distribution, or pipeline system.
Utilities can define custom parameters for vegetation hazards, allowing engineers and foresters to adjust risk criteria for individual projects or management regions or to model results for “what-if” scenarios. When paired with a full spectrum of remote sensing data, inSITE can quickly identify vegetation encroachments, overhanging limbs, potential fall-ins, vegetation health issues, and cage clearance detections for poles and towers.
