If you’re not able to log into inSITE, or if inSITE is malfunctioning, try clearing your web browser’s cache. You do not need to clear your browser’s history or cookies - only cached files and images.
Make sure you are logged out of inSITE then follow the instructions for the appropriate browser below.
Chrome
Click the Customize and control button in the upper right corner of your browser and choose History. Click Clear browsing data.
In the Clear browsing data window, set “Time range:” to “all time.” Check Cached images and files. Uncheck any items you don’t want to clear. Click the Clear browsing data button.
Refresh the insite login page.
Firefox
Click the Open menu button in the upper right corner of your browser then click History. Choose Clear Recent History.
In the Clear Recent History window, set “Time range to clear” to “Everything.” Check Cache. Uncheck any items you don’t want to clear. Click the Clear Now button.
Refresh the inSITE login page.
Internet Explorer
Click the Tools button in the upper right corner of your browser and choose Internet Options.
In the Internet Options window, click the General tab. Under Browsing history, click Delete. Check Temporary Internet files and website files. Uncheck any items you don’t want to clear. Click the Delete button.
Refresh the inSITE login page.
Safari (iOS)
Open the Settings app. In the settings list, tap Safari.
Tap Clear History and Website Data. Tap Clear.
Refresh the inSITE login page.
Chrome (Android)
Tap the Chrome menu button in the upper right corner of any browser window. Choose Settings.
Under Advanced, tap Privacy. Tap the Clear Browing Data button.
Refresh the inSITE login page.
